1) As for winding, two sets of Siemens Servo motors are adopted for transmission with maximum winding diameter of Ф1000 and maximum winding tension of 8KN.
- 织轴可进行正反向卷绕,以适应阔幅双织轴无梭织机的配套要求。
2) Warp beam can wind forward and backward to meet the requirement of wide shuttleless loom with double warp beams.

1.4 Parameters Display
采用进口触摸屏,集中显示匹长、匹数、回潮率及压浆力自动控制等各种参数。
Imported HMI is adopted for displaying various parameters like cloth length, cloth quantity, moisture regain and automatic control of Squeezing force.
- 干分纱
1.5 Dry Yarn Separation
大分纱棒1根,中分纱棒19根,复分纱棒20根。
There are 1 pc of large yarn separation rod, 19 pc of middle-sized yarn separation rods and 20 pc of yarn re-separation rods.
- 伸缩筘
1.6 Expansion Reed
筘片位置及筘针密度由电机调节,穿纱、排筘时筘座气动放落。
Reed position and reed needle density are regulated by motor, and the sley will be released pneumatically during yarn threading and reed arrangement.
- 测长辊和出纱辊穿纱
1.7 Threading of measuring rollers and yarn output rollers.
- 穿纱时测长辊和出纱辊气动升降。以减轻值车工劳动强度。
1.8 During threading, measuring rollers and yarn output rollers are lifted pneumatically to reduce work intensity of workers.

2.1 Drying Forms:
- 烘房采用高架式,全机采用Ф800㎜平封头不锈钢烘筒14只(L=2200)。
1) Drying room is highly-elevated, which has 14 pcs of Ф800㎜flat head stainless steel drying cylinders(L=2200).
- 预烘烘筒8只表面涂覆聚四氟乙烯防粘层。
2) 8 pcs of pre-drying cylinders are coated with PTFE anti-sticky layer on the surface.
- 湿纱分层45°进烘房,整个纱片可分四层预烘也可分两层预烘。
3) Wet yarn enters drying room by 45 degrees, which can be divided into four layers for pre drying or two layers for pre drying.

2.2 Transmission for Drying Room
烘筒分组传动,烘干烘筒采用链条、有齿链轮积极传动,预烘烘筒采用链条、无齿链轮消极传动,同时由独立一台西门子伺服电机带动。
Drying cylinders transmit separately, which adopt chains driven by chain sprocket in a positive way, and pre-drying cylinders adopt chains driven without chain sprocket in a passive way, at the same time driven by a independent Siemens servo motor.

2.3 Drying Temperature Control
配备5组温控系统,对烘筒温度实行分组自动控制。
It is equipped with 5 sets of temperature control system for separate automatic control of drying cylinder temperature.

2.4 Humidity Discharging of Drying Room
有3台风机对热湿空气强迫排风,美国西点侧排形式,汽罩采用304不锈钢制。
Three fans adopt forced ventilation for hot and humid air, which is in the form of US west point side ventilation, and cover is made of 304 stainless steel.

双浸双压方式:
Doubl-dip and double-nip:
- 上浆辊:为不锈钢辊。直径Ф238㎜。
1) Sizing roller: stainless material, Ф238㎜
- 压浆辊:包覆丁腈橡胶,前后压浆辊为橄榄芯式高压压浆辊,直径Ф238㎜。
2) Squeezing roller: Coated with nitrile rubber, front and rear squeezing roller are olive core type high pressure squeezing rollers with 238mm in diameter.
- 浸没辊:不锈钢辊,直径Ф180㎜,电动升降。
3) Immersing rollers: they are stainless steel rollers with 180㎜ in diameter, which can be motorized lifted.
- 压浆辊压浆力形式和指标
3.3 Squeezing Force Form and Index
- 前后压浆辊均采用气动双侧同步加压结构式。
1) Front and rear squeezing rollers adopt pneumatic bilateral synchronous squeezing structure.
- 前压浆辊压浆力:0~4000kgf,最大压浆力可预先无级设定。
2) Squeezing force of front squeezing roller is 0~4000kgf, the max squeezing force can be preset infinitely.
- 后压浆辊压浆力:0~1500kgf,可无级设定。
3) Squeezing force of rear squeezing roller is 0~1500kgf, which can be set infinitely.

3.5 Control method of Squeezing force
配置前压浆辊压浆力自动控制。
Squeezing force of front squeezing roller is controlled automatically.
- 浆槽结构形式
3.6 Box Structure
- 主浆槽和辅助浆槽联成一体结构,辅助浆槽靠轴架一侧。
1) Auxiliary box is integrated with main box, which is located at the side of beam frame.
- 浆槽采用钢板为机架,机架外侧加不锈钢外罩,对传动件、气控元件、电气元件具有良好的密封防护效果,取下外罩,维修保养非常方便。
2) The frame of box is made of steel plate with the stainless cover mounted outside, which can provide good sealing protection for transmission parts, pneumatic components, electrical components. Repair and maintenance is very convenient as long as the cover is removed.
- 每只浆槽与烘房之间配有一支湿分绞棒随车速变化而变化。
3.7 A wet lease rod between every box and every drying room will change according to machine speed change.

3.8 Size Heating
采用蒸汽直接加热并配备一套温度自动控制系统。
Size heating is realized by direct steam heating and equipped with temperature automatic control system.

3.9 Size Circulation
- 槽底进浆,瀑布式溢流回浆,液面可调。
1) The size enters the box at its bottom, and overflow size will return to the box in waterfall way. Liquid level is adjustable.
- 循环浆泵采用型耐腐蚀离心浆泵,电机单独传动。
2) Circulating pump is anti-corrosive centrifugal pump driven by the motor.
- 浆泵流量20~50L/min。
3) Pump flow rate is 20~50 L/min.
- 引纱装置
3.10 Guide Device
采用引纱辊、压纱辊、张力辊三辊式引纱装置,引纱辊积极传动,压纱辊气动加压,张力辊具有张力指示,引纱压辊橡胶结构,邵氏硬度68°。
Guide device is composed of yarn guide rollers, yarn squeezing rollers and tension rollers. Yarn guide rollers are used for positive transmission, yarn squeezing rollers are used for pneumatic compression, tension rollers are used for tension indication. Rubber structure of yarn guide rollers is Shore hardness of 68 degrees.
- 浆槽排湿
3.11 Humidity Discharging for Box
轴流风机强迫排湿。
Axial flow fan is adopted for forced humidity discharging.
四、经轴架
- Beam Frame
- 双层组合式、四只经轴为一组,每组之间有踏板架供人行走通过。
4.1 Beam frame has two floors with four beams as one group, and there is pedal frame between every group for walking.
- 容纳经轴数量:5组20只
4.2 Beam quantity: 5 groups of total 20pc.
- 配套经纱退绕张力采用AC自动控制系统。
4.3 AC automatic control system for yarn unwinding tension is adopted.
- 采用链条加摩擦片制动结构,配置滚轮式放置经轴装置,使经轴经久耐用时间。
4.4 Chains and friction plate are adopted for braking system. Rolling device is used on which beams are put to ensure beams are durable.
五、传动部分
- Transmission
采用计算机控制的伺服电机传动,由七个伺服系统进行各段伸长的控制。七个单元为:1、织轴卷绕 2、拖引辊 3、烘筒 4、上浆辊 5、引纱辊,因为有两只浆槽,共有七个伺服驱动控制点。
Servo motor transmission system is controlled by computer with 7 servo control units responsible for segments control: No1.warp beam winding, No2. towing roller, No3. drying cylinder, No4. size roller, No.5 guide roller, No6&No7 two sizing boxes.

- 整机外表为喷塑处理。
7.1 Spraying plastics technology is used for equipment appearance.
- 拍合夹紧件:由需方提供织轴图纸,供方设计制造2套,以满足生产所需。
7.2 Clapping clamp device: Buyer will supply drawings of warp beam, and supplier will design and fabricate two sets to meet production demands.
- 托纱辊:适应360织机(2根)。
7.3 Yarn support roller: used for 360 looms (2 pc )
- 电柜到组合单元的电缆线、信号线由供方提供。
7.4 Supplier needs to supply cables and signal wire from electrical cabinet to combination units.
- 设备以外的蒸汽及自来水管道由需方自配。
7.5 Steam pipes and water pipes outside suppliers’ equipments are the scope of buyer.
- 设备上的压缩空气管道由供方随机配给。
7.6 Equipment compressed air pipes will be provided by supplier at random.
- 排湿风机出口以上的管道由需方现场制作。
7.7 Pipes above outlet of humidity discharging fan will be fabricated by buyer in the field.
- 配备全套资料。其中包括:零件简图、电器维护说明书、使用说明书等。
7.8 Supplier will provide a complete set of documents: including parts list, electrical maintenance manual, instruction manual, etc.
- 供方负责需方技术人员在安装调试前的培训工作及安装调试的指导工作。
7.9 Supplier is responsible for training and instruction work before installation& commissioning for technical personnel from buyer side.
- 未提要求按生产厂家设计说明书即可。
7.10 Supplier’s design specification is applicable if without any requirement raised from buyer.
