Design Goal:

In order to meet customer needs and energy saving of China policy, our company improved old model boiler, designed this model with energy saving system.

Main Features:

High thermal efficiency, environmental friendly, high automation, easy operation and reasonable structure , also with high combustion efficiency etc.

Structure and Overall Layout:

The boiler adopts horizontal internal combustion, three-way return pipes structure, the waveform furnace is in the bottom of boiler, connect to combustion chamber. Between Combustion chamber and pipe plate, there are many thread smoke tubes as the second return. Outside the second return, there are many straight smoke tubes as the third return. Smoke Chambers are set up on both front and back sides of the boiler, the front smoke chamber is done as switching chamber of second return smoke, and back smoke chamber is done as an exit of third return smoke. The economizer is installed at the end of the third return exit.

The burner is on the front panel of boiler, facing the hearth. The air and fuel are mixed completely before spraying to the furnace, it burns totally when it reaches the end of furnace, then smoke will be transferred to front smoke chamber as second return, after that, the smoke will reach back smoke chamber as third return, low temperature smoke will be in economizer afterwards, coming out from chimney.

Economizer of normal air pressure is in the end of boiler, it equipped with thread smoke tube(φ51×3mm), length is 1400mm, total qty is 45pcs.

Technical Specifications:

• Pressure spare parts are designed base on GB/T16508 Boiler standard, safety standard is TSG G0001.

2. Boiler Thermal Circulation Method》Russia 73 version is the base of thermal efficiency.
3. Boiler air impetus circulation method》is the base of air impetus, we can choose suitable fan to make fuel burn completely.
4. Based on TSG G0001《boiler safety Technique Supervision Regulation》and GB/T16508《Boiler》, our boiler are designed and manufactured properly,。Installation standard is GB50273-2009《Boiler installation regulation.
5. Service conditions

Design fuel is natural gas.

Water supplied to the boiler should meet the standard of GB/T1576-2008《Industrial water Standard》.
